The hotel staff are friendly. It's a nice, fairly old hotel. The bed looked dirty but was clean, just a bit dated. The shower was hot, but the AC wasn't cold enough. The bathroom door was a bit worn due to its age. Breakfast was good.

Overall everything is good, previously the car was washed, but not anymore, the food is good

I've started staying at the Grand Dian every time I visit Cirebon. The towels and pillowcases are yellow, though, and it's time to change them to make them look clean. Otherwise, it's pretty good.

The pillowcases and towels need to be replaced. They are ugly, brown, the towels don't absorb water, the AC isn't cold enough.
