I booked a deluxe room so my child would be comfortable, but instead I was moved to a smaller room with just average AC. The staff is friendly, but please prioritize the quality of the room. As for repairs, they should have been made since the first complaint about the AC, but I saw many complaints but the repairs were not completed."

The AC in rooms 221 & 227 was very hot and there was no mechanic to fix it, the lobby in front of the reception was very hot, I will never stay at the Maspion Hotel again.

The location is a bit tucked away, but the low price is worth it. The facilities are good, and if you need food, just walk straight ahead; there's an Alfamidi and plenty of food stalls.
