Overall, the hotel staff was friendly. Unfortunately, the pool was very slippery, causing my child to slip and cut his forehead and bleed. The chlorine content is quite high. Hopefully, management will take this seriously before there are any fatalities.

I stayed here because it's close to my workplace during business hours, and it offers direct access to the mall, which provides a convenient place to unwind after work. There's also a comfortable pool upstairs.

This hotel is clean, that's the main thing. It's comfortable. The bathroom is nice and spacious. You can bring your kids for breakfast. Some of the pool tiles are cracked and have holes in them, which can cause hand injuries.

Sis, I suggest replacing the AC. It's not cold at all, like using a fan.

If the room is new, everything will be nice, especially the old AC unit. It's also been replaced, but the toilet exhaust is noisy. Even though the room has been renovated, why not replace it? At least service it so it's not so noisy.

Criticism for Hotel Management: I would like to provide feedback regarding the comfort of the room I stayed in. The temperature in the room was hot because the air conditioning wasn't working properly. This disrupted my rest and reduced the comfort of my stay. I hope the management will pay more attention to maintenance and regular checks of the room facilities, especially the air conditioning system, so that guests can enjoy a stay that meets the hotel's comfort standards.
