Room cleanliness and facilities are lacking

Very ordinary hotel like boarding house. Food is only bland fried rice and the AC in the room is hot and there is no Wi-Fi.

Alhamdulillah the overalls are comfortable, the room is clean and well maintained. The shower can be hot and cold, the bathroom is quite clean, there is soap as well, the AC is also safe and cold, perfect if you want to cool off from the Karawang weather. The staff is also okay. The mattress is also comfortable, provided with towels and bottled mineral water. It looks like it's quiet from the outside but as long as I stay it's safe. I didn't rush to have breakfast because I was in a hurry so I didn't know what to eat.

The staff is friendly when checking in, but when checking out, people are kicked out in a hurry, even though it's a few minutes past 12 o'clock and they're ready to put on their shoes.

Sudah kedua kalinya nginep di sini dan tempatnya nyaman. Deket sama pusat kota dan stasiun juga. Staffnya pun ramah-ramah. Untuk kelengkapan sudah memadai namun untuk kamar mandi gak bisa di kunci/di tutup rapat. Jadi susah kalau mau sholat di kamar tapi si pintu kamar mandi gak bisa di tutup rapat. Serta air mandi panasnya kurang/tidak panas. Saran untuk pihak hotel agar segera diperbaiki kekurangannya.
