I hadn't checked out yet, but housekeeping had already entered my room and given me some water. The room I was staying in, which was neat and clean, was actually a mess. My bathroom was used without being cleaned. The customer service was incredibly slow, and she looked like she hadn't showered.

The staff is not very friendly (especially the women), please pay more attention to the cleanliness of the bathroom, the room is not soundproof, apart from being disturbed by the music from the bar, I was disturbed by the sound of the alarm and the sound of the TV from another room.

Cleanliness needs to be addressed, and female staff should be friendlier to guests, especially the female receptionists. The rooms aren't soundproof, and my sleep was disturbed until the early morning because there are two bars inside the hotel, and the music was loud due to the rooms not being soundproof.

The staff service is friendly and standard hotel. Security at the lobby door is fast response during check-in and check-out. The deluxe room is newly decorated but very cramped, let alone the superior room. Breakfast charge for children over 3 years old is considered an adult. Conclusion, it is not recommended for families with children. The room is cramped and the sound of the disco bass thumps into the room, even though it is on the 5th floor. In the toilet there is no partition between the bathroom and the closed room. Breakfast charge for children is 88 RB / pax. (I just waived breakfast). For a 3-star hotel, the price is quite expensive and the child age limit is too low. With a price of 500 thousand including breakfast + tax, it is not worth it for me as a hotel connoisseur, especially in Pekanbaru.

The room was clean, spacious, and tidy, but there was no cooler. The food was lacking in variety. At 7 a.m. breakfast, the fruit was gone, and there was no dessert. For the same price, you can usually get more variety.

Just stayed here for a chance to celebrate my wedding anniversary. The facilities and services are ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. Actually, there is a cafe and spa here. In my opinion, the place is no less cool, but I didn't have time to review it yesterday. If from 1 - 10 I give a score of 9 for all. Oh yeah, parking here is paid. So, if you want free parking, just ask the receptionist for input. I think I will stay here again🫶
