It was a very pleasant stay. We arrived at 1 p.m. and were allowed into our room. The room was spacious and directly overlooked the garden and hills. There was no air conditioning, but it was cool and not stuffy at all. The food at the restaurant was delicious. The location was strategic.

Stayed on a weekday, so it was very quiet, late check-in at 6 PM. Upgraded to VIP room, spacious room complete with cooking utensils like a villa. Cleanliness is okay, only a little dirt on the toilet wall, probably soap splashes, when asked to clean it immediately followed up. Staff is friendly. Incidentally, because it was not a weekend, breakfast was not buffet but a la carte. Of the 2 served, fried rice and rawon, both were delicious, the kids loved eating them.

It was a really fun holiday with my little family, simple but very memorable.

The standard room is quite good with twin beds, recommended for those bringing children because there are many playgrounds.

Arrived at exactly 14.00 but the room was not ready. But negotiated to get compensation for late checkout. Okay. Safe. Then, I ordered an extra bed well in advance because the villa type rooms were sold out, forced to settle for a regular room but with an extra bed. Already WA with Pondok Asri and they said it was possible. Just arrived at 16.48. The front office was POLITE and KIND. The staff was OK, no complaints. Management should anticipate manpower during a long weekend.

My sister and brother-in-law stayed in room no. 54, deluxe AC type. All facilities are functioning well. There are many parking options and they are spacious, so you can choose one that is close to your room. There are many playgrounds for children to play in and there are almost every block of rooms. There are rabbits and turtles for children's education. The restaurant food is quite delicious and affordable. The breakfast menu is simple and there is warmindo. There is a cafe to hang out, and there is an instagrammable rooftop for photos. Unfortunately, during my 3d2n stay here, I haven't had the chance to play in the swimming pool. My sister's favorite oriental fried rice while here 😄

My father and mother stayed in room no. 77, standard non-AC type. Even without AC, the air is very cold, so this type of room is suitable for my parents who are not used to using AC. All room facilities function well. Friendly staff, quite a lot of restaurant food choices at affordable prices. Fried bananas and meatballs are highly recommended 😁👌🏻 A spacious and pleasant hotel to just walk around while enjoying the beautiful scenery in the surrounding area.

stayed 3d2n deluxe AC type room number 44. overall very impressive. minus: 1. the room phone doesn't work, already informed the staff but it doesn't immediately turn on. so it's difficult to call room service if you need something. the phone can only be used on the second night. 2. because the room phone is off, so use WA to contact the restaurant. but the response is very slow, it can take more than 1 hour to be replied. 3. in room no. 44 the shampoo dispenser leaks so that all the contents drip out. 4. no toilet amenities are provided in the room (there is only a soap and shampoo dispenser). 5. on the first night the electricity in the room went out from 3 am and only came back on around half past 7 am. even though I saw other rooms still on, only room 44 was turned off. strangely on the second night there was no power outage 😅. 6. the restaurant staff did not take off their shoes when delivering food into the room. coincidentally, it was after heavy rain, so there were muddy shoe prints in the room, even though the floor was used for praying. plus: family friendly, kids friendly, comfortable mattress, deluxe type contains 2 queen and single beds. playgrounds everywhere so kids are really happy. simple but sufficient breakfast. the north is cold, so the AC switches to being a room heater. Android TV in the deluxe room. there is a balcony and table and chairs, very comfortable for relaxing so you don't just stay in the room. there are rabbits, turtles for children's entertainment. there is a cafe for hanging out. the outside yard is for walking and children running around. spacious parking lot. spacious room, provided with a drying rack for towels. there is a souvenir shop with branded goods. delicious food, cheap prices so you don't need to buy outside the hotel. there is a kids-friendly swimming pool. beautiful view, cool air. the surrounding area has stalls and is close to places to eat. overall highly recommended for family vacations, both those bringing parents or children. just staying at the hotel is comfortable enough so you don't want to go anywhere. The above shortcomings are minor, hopefully they can be fixed in the future. I will come here again if I have the chance.
