The location is very strategic in the middle of the city center, the rooms are clean, the service is also very friendly and efficient.

The hotel staff was friendly, the service was fast and easy... the rooms were also clean, and you were free to go anywhere without any intimidation from the hotel staff. Overall, it's highly recommended for a trip to Kediri. Unfortunately, the hotel staff didn't explain the facilities. Perhaps a suggestion would be to provide free hotel amenities upon check-in, such as swimming (if there was a pool).

This was my second visit to Cityhub Hotel Kediri, and it remains the best choice for my work trip. The staff is friendly and helpful, the location is strategic, and the hotel environment is clean and comfortable.

Can be a regular hotel if I go to Kediri again

1. Booked a week before. The price and room size were not as expected. It was too cramped. 2. With the addition of wood on the floor, it was noisy when walking. 3. Poor soundproofing. There was a lot of noise from outside, which was a bit disturbing. 4. The breakfast menu was lacking in variety and basic. 5. TV channels were hard to find. 6. The bathroom was half-transparent, which was uncomfortable. 7. It was close to the city center and had lots of culinary options.
