Hopefully the Make Up Room request can be fulfilled according to the requested time because it was requested at 12.00 but when I returned from outside activities at 13.45, it was not in the make up room yet.

New Year's Eve at Royal Tulip was truly satisfying and did not disappoint. There was a New Year's Eve event, with dinner accompanied by live band music. It was so much fun, so it wasn't crowded... The kids were also happy, thanks to Royal Tulip. We were very satisfied with our four-day stay here.

Honestly, I'm really disappointed that the room I was given didn't match my reservation. It wasn't my fault, but the hotel said they got it from the wrong Traveloka. I was disappointed, even though I'd imagined a mountain view, but instead I got a garden view, which I didn't like. Sorry, I was really disappointed. I stayed there all day, and I was in a bad mood because I wanted a mountain view from the start. 🙏 If I'd made the wrong reservation, I could have accepted it. I made the right reservation, but the hotel didn't have any policy. Okay, that's it, this is my first and last time here.

The staff was very accommodating, kids friendly hotel, many kinds of activity, huge swimming pool, bubble splash at the pool, many variety of breakfast, good sleep at the room, the view was amazing and breathtaking. Thank you Royal Tulip Gunung Geulis.

A very kid-friendly hotel. The staff is friendly, breakfast includes a kids' meal, and there are plenty of free activities and games for kids. Hopefully, the next family pool will have warm water.

I received a complimentary anniversary cake and towel art. The room was spacious and clean. There were various kids' activities, including a children's pool with games. There was a PS with a simulator at the kids' club. Breakfast was delicious and varied. There was a 50% discount on various pastries from 5-7 pm, and they were delicious. There was ample parking and easy access to Summarecon Bogor.

A very enjoyable staycation experience during the school holidays because there were lots of activities for the kids: foam parties in the pool, a ballroom made like a Timezone, etc., and there was also a lot of breakfast variety.

Pros: The hotel staff are all friendly and helpful. There are many free activities for kids, except for ATV riding, which is paid. The swimming pool is large and spacious. Cool weather, cool air conditioning, and fast Wi-Fi. Cons: Cold pool. Rooms with a great hill view. It's just a bit noisy because it's located directly below the main road.

Overall ok, recommend for a short escape that doesn't get stuck

Pros: The resort has complete amenities and friendly staff. The location is easy to find, but somewhat hidden, so it's quiet and free from the noise of vehicles on the main road. Cons: During peak school holiday season, with hectic visitors, cleanliness becomes a priority. Furthermore, there's a lot of small pieces of trash that aren't picked up by the staff. The floor of LL One Restaurant is often covered in food waste, making it slippery. The restroom hallway near the ballroom where the kids' activities take place smells fishy, as if the mop water or mop wasn't cleaned properly, making the floor smelly. The restroom itself uses a pleasant jasmine perfume. What a shame :( It seems they're understaffed during peak season.

Overall, it's ok. It meets the expectations of a 5-star hotel. The only downside is that there aren't many areas to explore.
