The toilet smells uncomfortable and reaches the room, so it's not very satisfying.

This hotel is terrible, it's quite tiring to climb the stairs to the 2nd floor, but when I got to the room the AC didn't turn on...it was so hot... tired of going back and forth up and down the stairs... not like the photo.

The AC wasn't cold enough, the sink was clogged, everything else was good, the staff were friendly, the wifi was smooth, we got drinking water, we got 1 towel.

The AC wasn't cold enough to make me sweat. It was colder outside than inside the room with AC. The mattress smelled, the bathroom was dirty, and mosquitoes were coming in. Don't be fooled by the photos and ratings on Tokopedia. This is my experience. It's up to you if you want to try it. I've already reminded you. I don't have any photos, bro. The room was hot, like hell. The AC was working, but it didn't feel like it was there. It was like just using a fan. Don't assume cheap prices mean mediocre service. Booking directly at the hotel without Traveloka charges 250,000 Rupiah. With that price, how can the AC be hot?

Strategic location, affordable but good value. The downside is no hot water and no elevator. So if you get a high floor, you'll need to exercise.

Please traveloka when cooperating with hotels, the images sold must be in accordance with reality. Hotel Arjuna Bekasi is very unfit for human habitation. Smelly, dusty, there is a cupboard but it collapsed, the bathroom is not maintained, the sheets and pillow cases are torn, the floor is dusty as if it has not been occupied for a long time. I looked for another lodging because I was very uncomfortable with Hotel Arjuna which had been booked online. And the funds cannot be returned. I didn't think about taking photos because I arrived at the lodging with the intention of resting, but instead I was disappointed.

When I entered the room it was stuffy and smelled of cigarettes, there was an ashtray in the room, the sheets looked like they hadn't been changed, there were lots of spider webs in the room and in the bathroom, lots of dust and in the end I had to mop it myself, the AC wasn't cold enough for the Bekasi area because Bekasi is hot, there was no elevator on the 4th floor, it was really tiring going up, the price was cheap but it added to the parking fee all day, it's better to book the red one that already knows the quality of the room. The towels weren't worthy of a "HOTEL" the toilet smell wouldn't go away, the TV was broken.
