The hotel is close to the city center. Just need to improve the room cleanliness, it's already great.

The room has a TV and AC, which is worth the price.

The room is not comfortable. The engine sound is noisy, the main light is not working, I have asked for a replacement but there is none so the room is not bright.

Strategic location, close to the waterfront, there is car parking. The Warong Nusantara eating place is also very close, you can just walk. The only thing that was lacking were hotel facilities, no towels were provided, the TV was also broken.

Near the Kuching Monument near McD, just to get to the waterfront, it's quite a 20 minute walk.

Small, clean and comfortable! The room is not big so don't expect it to be very wide, for rest it's okay, the toilet is also clean and most importantly the hot water is on. But unfortunately when staying there, the liquid soap runs out.

Nice but during our first entry there are cockroach out from lamp. And there is no lift when I have asked for lower level and have window in my room.

Room has bad odour. Toilet not so clean, soap not provided, no towel changes everyday. No housekeeping. The hotel still under few renovation and stairs quite creepy. Please do some improvements on your rooms. Rooms are so lighting even at night. No curtain. You need to wear eye mask while sleeping. However it is strategic location & worth paid.

the services were so poor. we had to carrier our bag ourselves to 3rd floor using staircase. there so many ants inside the room

The room is small and smells musty. At night the reception staff go home so they don't standby at the reception 24 hours. Not recommended because it is difficult to check out early to wait until 8:00 in the morning.
