The hotel staff are all very friendly..the service is good..fast, concise, and clear..#nice room..like the bed..comfortable..but the pillows are a bit hard..not soft enough..and I don't like the bathroom..because it's cramped and like a cabin..even though it's a 4-star hotel, but overall it's great..sometimes I can stay there again..😍😍

The AC leaked, and the bathroom felt like it was in a cabin, not tiled like Viber. The hotel parking area was cramped. The funny thing was, there were people selling clothes in the parking lot in front of the hotel. Buses filled the parking lot so the pick-up cars couldn't enter. It was raining, and there were no hotel staff to provide umbrellas. Guests were running around carrying their belongings to their cars parked on the street. Highly not recommended. 👎👎👎
