Overall, it's okay. The hotel is less than a 10-minute walk from Malioboro. The hotel offers motorbike rentals, and there's also a camera rental right in front. Accessibility is easy. However, the room only has two lights, so it's not very bright. The bathroom smells a bit musty when you first open it, and there's no mirror. So, if it's just a place to sleep after a long day outside, it's fine.

The room is clean, the AC is cool, but the only downside is that there are stairs to get to the 3rd floor. There's no elevator, so you have to be prepared to work extra hard carrying your suitcases. If the staff are men, they're usually willing to help you carry your things. It's absolutely the best <3

They said it was the manager's fault because I had amnesia. That's none of my business. I even had to tell them to confirm with the app they're partnering with. Even though that should have been the staff's initiative. I've paid in full via the app and they've made things difficult for me. I paid 420,000 Rupiah via Traveloka and got a room in the basement. Next to the laundry room. The room lock is manual. The door doesn't close properly. The bathroom is dirty. The shower water is small, like baby pee. I definitely don't recommend it.

The room is nice, clean, and comfortable. It's just tiring climbing the stairs on the third floor.

It's really bad, the AC isn't cold, the TV can't be set to any other setting and the remote is broken. It's good, just near the city center.

Everything was good, Note: The AC in the room is a minus point: if it turns off and then turns back on, water drips out. The breakfast is average... edible... but if you don't like it, don't eat it. Maybe that's the only thing that can be evaluated... otherwise, it's worth a visit.

The friendly hotel staff were very helpful during the check-in and check-out process. A suggestion would be to provide hot and cold water dispensers on each floor so you don't have to travel all the way downstairs if you need hot water.
