The first time I checked in, I felt bad, there was a hotel line. It's not airline tickets that can be delayed, but hotels should be organized, considering the number of bookings, etc.
I don't know if it's because of the unorganized queues.
The room availability check was slow.
I booked well in advance and paid, but the room wasn't ready, and I wasn't given a key. They said I had to wait 30 minutes, even though I checked in around 4:30 PM, not 1:00 PM...it just doesn't make sense.
It was indeed full during the holiday season, but it felt unprofessional.
Usually, if I've booked at another hotel, it's fine, and they give me the key in a few minutes.
The parking lot was also full, and I had to cross to the building across the street.
I think they should improve the room management system, as a star-rated hotel is overwhelmed.
If it's full, just be honest and close it to new guests.
