Nice hotel to stay in Bandung City.

The hotel is located on the main road and is strategic, the service is also good, the hotel environment is clean, breakfast the next morning is also delicious.

For breakfast, the rice could be cooked better, some parts of the room need to be repaired.

A fairly old hotel with a traditional concept. Parking is limited. The yard is not very clean (there's trash piled up in front of the hotel). The receptionist is quite friendly, but it would be better if they looked neater. The location is very strategic, close to major campuses. The air conditioning and hot water work at night. They are off in the morning due to high demand, perhaps.

The rate of 360 thousand on Saturday feels expensive, because it says it includes breakfast but it turns out to be fried rice with eggs in styrofoam. 2. The receptionist is often "missing", so if something happens, just complain to the wall. When checking in, the one who took care of the check-in was the office boy because the receptionist was eating out. So, I was surprised that this was the first time I checked in without being asked for my ID card. 3. On Traveloka it says "shower, warm water" but in reality, the water that comes out is at the level of "not hot, but not cold", at night, cold water comes out. So I swear, those of you who can't stand the cold definitely can't take a shower in a hotel. 4. The room facilities are really basic. Katanya hotel syariah tp tanda arah kiblatnya nggak ada, nggak ada tissue di kamar & kamar mandi, tidak ada telepon (nggak perlu sih toh resepsionis nggak ada, restoran nggak ada, loe mau nelp ke siapa. 5. Kap Lampu tidur ada, tapi nggak ada bolam lampunya. Jadi gue semaleman nggak bisa tidur karena lampu kamar terang benderang di atas mata gue. Duh. 6. Yang sangat menyebalkan, saat loe di kamar mandi, tiba-tiba lampu mati sendiri, so kamar mandi gelap gulita. Ternyata pake lampu sensor, jadi lampu baru menyala lagi kl terdeteksi ada gerakan, Tapi cerdas sekali dalam mengusir tamu agar nggak datang lagi. 7. Saat dini hari pingin kencing, ealah semprotan bidet klosetnya kalau dipencet, nyemprotnya ke arah badan kita karena bocor. Pagi-pagi harus ganti baju karena basah. Asyem ha ha. 8. Kasurnya spring bed yang sama sekali nggak nyaman untuk tidur. 9. Nah ini, mau kerja sebentar pake laptop, kursinya nggak pake sandaran. Jadi emang hotel ini dirancang untuk tidak bikin comfortable for the guests. 10. There is a TV, but it turns out to be just a decoration because there is no remote for the TV, it can't be turned on. 11. The bathroom smells because the exhaust is just a decoration, it turns out it doesn't turn on. Alhamdulillah, internet facilities are available and can be used to watch YouTube.

400 K for just a plenty room, don't expect too much. No toiletries, no tissue, hot water didn't work, breakfast fried rice with a very small portion and without proper how to dish.

Parkiran sangat sempit, sehingga kalau ada yang mau keluar harus bangunin kamar penginap. Satpam juga. Resepsionis juga. Bagaimana mau aman kendaraan yang parkir. Udah gitu, kita gak dibantu parkir mundur ketika mobil yang parkir awal, sementara dipinggir jalan umum banyak kendaraan lumayan ramai. Saya sarankan ini ndak usah masuk member dari aplikasi traveloka. Pelayanan buruk dan lebih galak dari penginap/tamu hotel la fasa jatinangor. Yang katanya syariah.

Kamar sesuai foto, pesan kamar yang basic karena ke sini pas liburan. Fasilitas lumayan, sarapan nasgor cukup enak. Lokasi sangat strategis.

Bad experience the first time staying here: 1. The receptionist was not friendly. Seems indifferent. 2. There are no towels, bath soap, shampoo, tissue, drinking water and mats. 3. The room was asked to be tidied up, when we arrived the floor was still dirty and messy.

Breakfast was only half an egg, they weren't given toothpaste, drinking water and toiletries, asked to go downstairs first, the parking lot was narrow, only 7 cars were the last to arrive on the road later, these facilities must be improved again.

The hotel staff are friendly, we just need to improve the service of the hotel facilities. Such as daily room cleaning services for guests who stay more than 1 day. Make sure there are mats in every room, always check the room facilities regularly for lights, TV, AC and fans to make sure they are running well.

Fasilitas kamar tidak di jelaskan dengan baik di aplikasi. Kami pesan standard room dengan tulisan common facilities nya aircon, ternyata sampai di sana di jelaskan bahwa kamar kami fasilitas fan. Saran kepada pemilik tolong diperhatikan pelatihan untuk karyawan nya, receptionist nya. Air panas bagus. Sarapan seperti di foto. Agak kurang nyaman karena ada kerabat dari tamu-tamu lain dari hotel yang lain tidur di kursi depan kamar.
