friendly staff, delicious food, this is the umpteenth time I've stayed here, everything is ok unfortunately when I stayed there were no non-smoking rooms available according to the booking options because the rooms were fully booked even though at that time I brought a toddler, the condition of the room was treated using an air purifier but still the smell of cigarette smoke was still felt piercing my sensitive nose, requested to be moved but all the rooms were said to be full so it was quite a shame.

The hotel is comfortable, and the staff is friendly. I really like the no-plastic-bottle policy, which includes dispensers and teapots. The food is a major issue; it needs to be re-evaluated. The breakfast selection is already very good, but I think it needs more attention. Thank you.

The hotel is comfortable, the service is good, the food is delicious and varied, and the pool is also comfortable because it's separate from the restaurant. Unfortunately, the smoking rooms don't have exhaust fans. The windows are locked, and the back door is also locked, so no one can release cigarette smoke outside. Furthermore, the exhaust fan in the bathroom also doesn't work.

Ambiance/Facilities: We stayed in a smoking room, but it didn't smell of smoke at all. Food: There was a welcome drink. Staff Assistance: Very nice and friendly. All the staff greeted us as we passed. Price: Reasonable. Location: Strategic location, just steps from the LRT.
