We stayed here for three nights and were very satisfied with our stay. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and attentive, cleaning our room every day. The highlight for me was the long-lasting hot water in the shower, which made it so relaxing after a day of walking and exploring the area. Overall, a very pleasant and enjoyable experience!

The service is great, the staff is very responsive, it's very close to Gleneagles Hospital, and the exits are also close. Perhaps they should pay more attention to room cleanliness.

messy corridor with paint smell. AC not working well. disappointing stay this time.

Second disappointed stay with AC issue again. Corridor was dirty, smells of paint and noisy with people moving things around in the pantry. Asked for extra towel but never got delivered. The star is the lively porter, Zaifan? at the front who always greet us with a big smile.

There was renovations going on in the floor that i stayed at. The smell of the paint was overpowering. Luckily the Duty Manager managed to move us to another floor. However the air condition in the new room was not working well and there was clogged drain in the bathroom. I think the hotel needs to improve the room facilities. But the location is good as most of the time i have to go back and forth to gleneagles hospital and close to Pulau Tikus and Gurney.

I stayed here twice because of the easy access to Gleneagles Hospital. However, this time the room I was given seemed to be rarely used, so it wasn't thoroughly cleaned. No towels or toothbrushes were provided upon check-in, and it was difficult to contact the hotel; I had to call several times before they were given them. My second experience was disappointing.

As soon as there is a problem, the manager is very quick to respond, the security guards and others are all very friendly and I honestly recommend it because it is very close to the hospital.
