I had an early morning flight, and this hotel was a huge help. It's right inside the airport, so I didn't have to worry about missing my flight. Plus, the view from the room was great, with a clear view of the runway, making my kids happy and making their stay here a pleasant experience.

It’s my 2nd time here. My flight arrived during midnight at terminal 2 so I needed a place to be accessed without much hassle. Ambiance/Facilities: The descending escalator wasn’t working when I checked out so it could be a hassle for those with big or heavy bags, but there are staff available to carry the bags. Food: Breakfast buffet is okay. They have rice, bubur ayam, pasta, omelette, veggies, other protein dish, bread, cakes & pastry, fruits, salad, cereal, milk, coffee, juice. You can also request a take-out. Breakfast open from 03:00 - 09:00. Staff Assistance: Helpful Highlights: Comfortable and easy access Price: It’s more expensive because the hotel is at the airport in terminal 2. But I got a Traveloka discount so it was okay. Location: Easy access. If you landed in Terminal 1 or 3, you can take the skytrain (from 06:00 - 24:00) or the shuttle bus (24 hours) to go to Terminal 2

I've stayed here several times and it's very comfortable and recommended, but every time I stay the same problem is that the bathroom sink is always clogged.

Everything was satisfying except for the distance from the lobby to the room, but it was the cheapest room available of the hotel, so can't really complain...

Arriving late at the airport and missing my flight due to a horrendous traffic jam on Friday, even though the toll road to the airport from the Pulo Gadung Industrial Estate took over 2.5 hours to reach Terminal 2. So, rather than returning to the city and adding to my travel time, I opted to stay at a hotel near the airport, as I had a flight the next morning. The receptionist was quite friendly and I booked a Go Show Deluxe room for over 1 million rupiah. I tried searching online, including taxes and other factors, but the difference was negligible. The room turned out to be not as spacious as a 4-star room and clean (above expectations), but the price was still quite high, as it was still far above hotels of its class, which are just for overnight stays.

Easy check-in, friendly staff, luggage assistance because there are staff on standby in front of the hotel, clean room for a classic hotel, bathroom is also clean, AC works well, breakfast is also delicious and has enough variety, check-out is also easy, very suitable for transit before or after a flight.

Service and cleanliness are maintained. Family rooms and connecting rooms are available.
