Good, comfortable, complete facilities

The room wasn't soundproof, so it was really noisy. Even though I wanted to rest, I could hear the kids in the next room crying. This was at night and in the early morning. The door had a bit of a hole underneath. Please fix this. The staff and service were already really good.

The view is really cool, you can see the mountains and there are fish ponds. It is also close to everywhere, the distance from Sukabumi station is only 15 minutes. There are many places to eat around the hotel.

no mineral water welcome drink, shower cap also not available, not worth it at a price of more than a million but the facilities are really lacking :-(

This was my first time in Sukabumi, and I had no prior experience, so I used reviews from friends on Traveloka to help me choose my accommodations. This hotel, as far as I remember, was at the top of my list for my budget. However, what I found was far from perfect. The staff were very friendly and responsive. It truly exceeded my expectations. The price is very affordable for its central location. The rooms are spacious, clean, have balconies, and have a great view! Highly recommended, and I'd stay there again if I ever visit Sukabumi.

When I went to the 5th floor, I found something I didn't want. Maybe it could be tidied up a bit so it wouldn't be so scary, if I didn't close the access.

The room was comfortable and clean, with a bathroom complete with a hairdryer and a kettle. Arriving late at night, check-in was easy, and parking was also easy.

The hotel's central location makes it easy to reach several favorite restaurants. The staff is friendly and helpful when needed. The bedrooms are clean, as are the bathrooms. Unfortunately, there's no swimming pool, and parking is limited, so we had to cross the street to find a secure parking spot.
