My honest review: I booked a hotel room here. The amenities: AC, balcony, amenities, TV, wardrobe. Cons: The TV isn't a smart TV yet. The room didn't smell nice when I entered (there was a slight odor around the balcony curtains). The mattress was a bit hard. Pros: Close to the main road, easy to find anything. The swimming pool is great. The price is affordable for a hotel room in the Puncak area with AC and a pool. Will you ever come back? Tridaya Hotel is definitely one of your options for staying in Puncak.

The location is great, but the bathroom is lacking. The bolt on the bathroom door is loose, making it difficult to close. Overall, the hotel is great.

I'm always a regular every time I go to Puncak. It's really worth it, but unfortunately, I can't order food at 7 p.m. because it's closed.

When checking in, you absolutely must ask for towels and bottled water because they are not provided in the room unless you ask for them yourself.

I stayed here for two nights. My kids were very happy. They were taken out and sulked because the room was comfortable. I booked a Deluxe room, thinking the bed would be big enough for two people. I'd rather have a Twin room if I brought kids. The twin room is also cheaper. I wanted to change rooms, but I had to pay another 50,000 Rupiah, so I ended up not moving. The staff was friendly. There were no chairs. Towels and toilet paper were not available; you had to ask for them. The TV signal was lost, and there was no Wi-Fi. Otherwise, it was great.

The front gate of the resort closes at 2 a.m., so even going out to the minimart is impossible. It's like a dormitory. The rooms are very old-fashioned: the beds are hard, like mattresses, the pillows are flat, the blankets are more like mattress covers, not actual blankets, and the bathrooms are full of worms. Luckily, we only stayed one night, so we didn't even have to shower. On the plus side, the staff was very friendly, and there's a balcony.

The hotel reception staff was very friendly, I asked for bathroom footwear, and they gave it to me right away. The technician was very quick to turn on the AC in the room when we complained that the AC wouldn't turn on, the technician immediately entered the room to turn on the AC. The tap water was a strong fountain, the hot water also turned on quickly when we just turned it on. Got a toothbrush, toothpaste and bar soap. And walking to the front of the hotel you can find lots of snacks and food like meatballs, the cuanki is delicious. The only downside is the cleanliness is lacking, on the terrace of the room after the rain, the terrace tiles were wet and there was a lot of trash from other customers. The room tiles were full of small trash and dust, there was hair from previous customers on the mattress. It was a bit disgusting and ticklish to see it. Overall, I was satisfied staying here, hopefully the cleanliness will be improved.
