Please improve the cleanliness, the room floor is mopped but sticky. There are many small animals in the bathroom, the toilet smells a bit after use, the shower water is very small. The place is clean, but there is no hot water. If you take a shower, the water is small and a bit noisy because it is close to Kuta Street, a busy area.

During the stay, it was cool and clean, the room was big, there was hot water in the bathroom, only minus 1, the water in the bathroom was very thin, so it took a long time to take a shower.

Check in must still be at 2 pm, no early check in, maybe because all the rooms are full, and the staff needs time to clean the room first. When we entered the room was clean including the bathroom was also clean. But the most unfortunate thing is the water is very small, so it takes a long time in the bathroom. Our room was on the 2nd floor with the condition of the 2nd floor being clean but not on the 1st floor, and the lobby area, when we arrived it was very dirty and messy. It would be better if the owner provides uniforms for employees so that customers can more easily distinguish which are staff and which are not, because all the staff wear casual clothes using t-shirts and shorts, like the bli2 on Kuta beach. But all the staff are friendly.
