The price is cheap, but the place is not comfortable

quite comfortable for backpackers, but because it is one with boarding houses, it is sometimes a bit noisy. But the receptionist is very accommodating of complaints if there are still residents who are noisy after 11 pm

Arjuna 31 is strategically located, comfortable, clean, quiet.. and of course affordable.. suitable for backpackers..

For the room, it is relatively adequate but a bit poorly maintained in my opinion. The ambience is good for families. The receptionist is friendly and a bit creepy if you want to leave the homestay. Overall, it's good.

Even though I paid in full for 2 nights. The bathroom is dirty, not clean, not brushed. Smelly bed sheets and pillowcases. The floor was not swept or mopped, the treatment of guests was also impolite, especially towards the elderly.
