the ambience and the place its feel like we are not in Asia. in europe maybe. the staff really helpfull. but its to far from the city and after 6pm its really dark

the staff (boy) not good, always lie, I arrived at hotel 14.45 PM, the room not ready, he ask to wait, I wait 1 hour, he gave me the keyroom but when i enter still have person in the room, i go down complain, he tell me to wait again. until i ask to meet his manager.

large room with a large bed size too. we happened to take a superior pool room so there was a balcony that directly faced the swimming pool. the beautifully arranged garden created a very calming atmosphere. on the front side there was also a large lake. if you want to cycle it is also provided. breakfast is also complete. really pampers guests.

A beautiful, fairytale-like Hotel. The staffs are very nice, room was clean and spacious, breakfast menu lacks variety but it was ok. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay at U Khao Yai.

I've been there many times. I like this place, the atmosphere, the rooms, the food, the parts that should be fixed. The room is not very soundproof and room 328 has an open door. Closed, very noisy
