Saturday's stay here was very comfortable, but less pleasant at check-in time. I was faced with a bespectacled female front office who was cutting her nails, casually cutting her nails and serving check-in. It's a shame that the hospitality of a 5-star hotel is not pleasant to look at. During afternoon tea and dinner on the 29th floor, there was also a waitress who called me "Miss". I was surprised that this was the first time a 5-star hotel was called that, it sounded impolite, like I was at a food stall. Even though I tried other 5-star hotels, the only time I was called that was at the JW Marriott Jakarta. Was it because I was the only Indonesian who ate there? Luckily, the food at breakfast was delicious and had a lot of variety, the staff at Sailendra were friendly and didn't forget to say good morning "Ma'am" when I entered. Check-out was also very fast and pleasant, assisted by Dessy, I already told you that check-in was less than pleasant. I hope the service gets better, don't judge guests based on their appearance.
