The room is stuffy, with only plywood walls, and even then, it's not fully equipped, so you can hear activities in the neighboring rooms. Furthermore, the balcony area is full of rat droppings and hasn't been cleaned. The floor is also quite dirty, and the hall area is also dimly lit. If it's just a place to sleep, for under a hundred, it's still worth it...
