The hotel security is very good and friendly, the hotel staff are also very good and friendly, there is one who is a bit rude, but luckily the others are nice. The food is delicious, there is a kids corner but it would be better if there was a little fence. Thank you Santika

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. However, upon checking in, I was given a room that was already occupied. When I moved to the second room, the AC was faulty, so I was moved to the third room, which was quite comfortable... It's a shame that I had to change rooms several times, but so far, I'm very satisfied with the facilities. I'm just a bit annoyed. Hopefully, the service can be improved and the room's shortcomings can be addressed.

1. For those without a private vehicle, access is through the Mega Bekasi Mall. Enter the mall to the 3rd floor. There will be signs leading up to the escalator to the ballroom/front lobby of the hotel.
2. Check-in was friendly and easy, and there was no deposit required.
3. Room amenities were as described.
4. Breakfast was varied, with a plentiful menu and delicious flavors.
5. Check-out was smooth.

The hotel staff is very friendly, the front office tried to arrange an early check-in for us, the restaurant staff are friendly and efficient, the breakfast menu is varied and most importantly, the food is delicious... I stayed in a family room, and it was really worth it, it was a really enjoyable staycation at the Santika Hotel, the kids asked to come back here again...

Please pay attention to the cleanliness of the room, it looks like the room maintenance is lacking, even though it is a new hotel but the condition is like an old hotel.
The food is quite varied and the taste is quite good but the number of people serving is not many so sometimes there are no food stands serving.
