I recently stayed at this resort for Honeymoon and while the property itself is large and beautiful, But I was very disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. The condition was terrible – the room was not properly cleaned Despite the resort being large and the staff friendly, the room condition was unacceptable. The linen sheets were stained with yellow marks and black mold-like spots, and many ceilings were broken or detached. Cleanliness and maintenance urgently need serious improvement.

Overall, my stay at this hotel was wonderful! The staff were very friendly and always greeted us with a smile. The rooms were clean, spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. The location is also excellent. I highly recommend this hotel for its comfortable rooms, friendly staff, peaceful atmosphere, and excellent customer service. We loved everything about it.

very calming, very peaceful, beautiful views, good service, and good food. The only minus thing is that kids swimming in the early morning about 6am and they make so much noise, and probably the room also need some maintenance because it smell a bit moldy, but overall it was a good stay here.

This hotel is middle of nowhere , nothing is nearby , not even restaurants , if you plan to stay only in hotel may be this is the place , otherwise if you plan attractions and enjoy different food I do not recommend this hotel

Staying overnight to rest from the journey back to DPS from Karangasem. Booked at half past 2. Arrived at the hotel at 2:10. We were greeted as usual in the parking lot. When we got to the lobby, we just stood there, no one greeted us, even though there were only 3 staff members working. They explained that the rooms upstairs were full, but the first floor was available. Since we were tired, we accepted it. The important thing was that we wanted to lie down. We were then directed to the restaurant to wait for the key. At 3:00, the room wasn't ready. We asked for information from the restaurant staff, and they said the room would be ready in 20 minutes because we had made an additional booking. They didn't explain what an additional booking was. This was the first time they'd explained that a guest had made an additional booking. They've never said that at other hotels. At 3:20, the room was ready after we contacted the lobby directly via WhatsApp to complain. The bellboy or lobby staff who delivered the key only explained that there were many guests checking out late. Well, that's none of my business. Please... If the room isn't ready, don't open it to the public. I booked a king suite with a beach view. If it's not ready, leave it empty. I booked a garden view if the beach view is full. The pluses are: The hotel's location is very quiet. At night, you can only hear the sound of the waves. The F&B staff are also very helpful. The room is spacious. The bathroom is nice. The downsides are: The Wi-Fi is very slow. The AC in the gym isn't cold even when set to 16°. The jacuzzi on the balcony isn't working. The refrigerator is dead (it was replaced, although it took a while to arrive).

The service treatment is different for locals when in a restaurant when eating there are no knives, forks or spoons provided when we ordered pizza and salad.

If you want a beach view and don't like crowds, this hotel is suitable to stay at because it is far from the city center.. suitable for families, the rooms are spacious and comfortable but unfortunately the hotel seems to be poorly maintained.. for those who like surprises, you better take a room on the lower floor.. because yesterday we got a room on the 3rd floor, the room was quite often shaking because of the waves on the beach

they should fix the hotel facilities. sadly, some of the rooms are broken and cannot be used. the hotel bathroom smells, the spa room condition is poorly abandoned, the staffs are very friendly but we can tell they are out of main staffs so, they hired interns or part timers. the food options for bfast was OK but not much options for kids (just cereals section and pastries). i wish them good luck.

all good n perfect except one thing, we stayed on the 3rd floor with a nice view overlooking the sea, but the waves were big so the room felt like an earthquake and kept shaking, is there a solution for that? because actually the hotel is good for that price, but if you stay in a room downstairs the vibrations are only felt a little

I forgot to take a picture but I have to say, it was not disappointing, it was great, clean, the room was very nice, not far from the sea. Taking pictures in the morning, the black beach is beautiful.

We stayed for 3 days 2 nights. The room was nice. The bed was soft. The breakfast was delicious. Unlike other people's reviews which said it was bad. Everything here is okok. 5 stars hotel. There is a beach club jvva. We ordered salted egg squid and fried banana. Everything was delicious. The service was ok. Indeed the purpose of staying here, far from everywhere. Suitable for a staycation. The place is quiet. Far from the crowds like Canggu and Kuta. It's just the lack of lighting.

Its under renovation so its abit uncomfortable during our stay. The room phone is not working so communication done through whatsapp so abit inconvenient. The ocean view room very close to the beach so its abit noisy, some people might find it hard to sleep. The plus point is staffs are all friendly and helpful. Maybe need to cek with the hotel if its still under renovation and avoid room to close to the beach if you want to stay here.

Got a room in the Suite king garden view but still got the ocean view too, spacious room, complete amenities, private pool on the balcony, friendly staff. Kindly please improve the taste of the food.
