I've stayed here many times. It's great, neat, and clean. A 5-star stay here is a must.

The location is great in the city center. The hotel is very unique. The room numbers are on the floor. 😂 I was a bit confused when trying to find the room number.

The room is ideal for our family with 4 beds. It's close to the new Gubeng station, but the breakfast menu is not very varied. Hopefully, in the future, the breakfast service can be maximized.

The room's AC wasn't cold enough, the check-in time was long, the food wasn't varied enough and the taste was lacking.

when I came to the receptionist for check in, their card machine is not working. Was waiting ~20 mins on a late night. No solutions provided, not even given any other access card.

Max One Hotel has always been my favorite hotel when visiting Surabaya.

Clean white towels and pillows. Yummy food. Minimalist yet fragrant rooms. Strategic location, next to Superindo and near UNAIR MERR-C campus. Suggestion: please scrub the corners of the bathroom floor to reduce limescale. The drain may be clogged with hair or dirt, please clean it to prevent water from pooling during showers.
