However, we regret to know that you are disappointed by our cleaning schedule. -- To share, the lyf concept of an experience-led social living residence is one that comes with no frills. That generally means that a comfortable and space-efficient room is designed with just the essentials included. -- As we are a social living residence, light housekeeping is done once every 3 days and full housekeeping is done once a week. In between if you need any amenity top-up or have any queries, you are always welcome to approach our friendly lyf Guards at our Say Hi! counter who would be happy to assist. The light cleaning includes clearing thrash, change of towels, making of the bed and top up of amenities. We seek your kind understanding in this matter. – If it helps, as we want our guests to know about our cleaning schedule, information can be found on our property’s landing page on Traveloka’s website under the section “Accommodation Policies - General Check-in Instructions”.
