strategic hotel, need to improve the standby staff at hotel B

The room is clean and comfortable, the AC is cold, the bathroom is also clean, I like the hotel atmosphere too.

The staff is very friendly, the hotel is comfortable, and it's close to everything. I'd love to stay here again next time I visit SMG :)

small shower faucet... limited hot water, broken trash can, bathroom not very clean

The hotel's atmosphere is very comfortable. The service is very satisfying.

I occupied room A206. The only thing missing was the shower wasn't strong. The AC was noisy, like a tornado. It looked like the AC hadn't been cleaned or serviced.

The sink in room 201 is not usable. The room is poorly maintained. The receptionist and hotel are not in the same building.

The hotel staff is very friendly and informative. The check-in/check-out process took less than a minute 👍 The room and bathroom are clean (including sheets, pillow cases, towels, etc.). The twin bed is quite large and comfortable, the room is spacious, the AC is cold, the wifi is good, parking is easy and not far from the elevator. The atmosphere is quiet even though it is in the city center.

Overall, it fits the budget for the Eid holiday.
