Very comfortable, comfortable & clean room

Comfortable rooms near the city, convenient travel

The staff here are lovely. They always greet you when you walk by. The room is exactly as advertised. It's a new room in a new building, so it's not worn out. The breakfast is also delicious. I recommend it.

The staff was very friendly and the hotel feels very nice to stay.

I got a dark room next to the elevator. If I wasn't an easy-going person, I would have had a hard time breathing. But the bed was okay.

The first time I stayed at this hotel, it was initially Happy, but when I checked out it was a very bad experience, we were charged compensation fees because of stains on the pillows and sheets that had been there since the beginning, it was a cunning way, it was very clear that the stains were from the iron and the stains were big, when we wanted to clarify with the cleaning service they ran away, because they knew we were guests from different countries. So if you want to stay here, you have to be really careful, take photos and videos first before occupying the room, because if you don't, you will experience the same thing as us, they will ask for compensation because of the stains that were already there before we occupied the room

The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. Each additional pillow was 50 baht, and each bucket of ice was 40 baht. Overall, it was good.

This is the first time I have stayed and received such terrible service. The receptionist could not fix anything. They wanted me to pay for everything, even though I had only checked in for less than 10 minutes. I do not recommend anyone who expects from the review photos. I do not recommend those who are into photography and expect a view. I was so disappointed.

The room is not soundproof. If you get a room in front of the elevator, you will hear people walking all night. There is no hair dryer and the air conditioner is not very cool.

Huge space, nice room and easy parking, well maintained building. The lift is quite small. The receptionist is friendly and does help you. You need to prepare a deposit even if you have a full paid 1 room for 1000 bath/rm100, cash and can use Malaysian note. The swimming pool is deep, and definitely not suitable for kids and needs to use a swimtube. If you come by your own car, it will be easy for you. But they can call tuk tuk, and free tuk tuk service to Diana mall but there ' s a schedule A lots of dog but they will not bother you and just guarding. Definitely need to watch out for mosquitoes, a lots of them. If you staying on block A, the 2nd floor you will have to stay face to face with the neighbors house there, if on 3rd floor or above it ' s OK. Overall is OK to stay here, the price is quite reasonable compare to others.

My room is a balcony room, so big and clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Near the city. Will repeat if I go to Hatyai again.
