The hotel is clean. New enough. Receptionist named Ming really helped us with the service they have. Ming English is quite good compared to the others. The breakfast menu is delicious. There are some menus that are not served but can be ordered via the menu to the chef. For travelers who book a hotel here but don't know where to go, they will give a city tour recommendation with a pretty cheap price recommended hotel in Hanoi.
