A small hotel near Mantos. Safe and comfortable.

The hotel room was clean, but the bathroom was not very clean, the toilet still had traces of use, the toothbrush cup had traces of soap, the TV didn't show many channels

For a 3-star hotel, Hotel Genio is a pretty good deal overall. (Tip: Better price when you book through the app, compared to buying directly at the hotel.) It's clean, the staff is very helpful, the location is great, the room is clean and very spacious, and most importantly for us, when it says NO smoking room, it really doesn't smell of cigarettes! Will definitely be back to stay here when we're in Manado. Please Genio, keep up the quality! Thank you.

Strategic location, pretty good service even though early check-in only allowed me to get one room because they said it was full, then in the morning when I took a shower, the water stopped flowing T__T
