Exceptional stay. Will be staying here next time I visit Kuching. Highly recommended.

yeaah the overall is good. service was awesome, but the carpet is smelly (not that bad) it has wardrobe room, and unluckily hot water is not available.

There is an additional charge of 10RM per night.

The room not fragrant...need change the carpet

The bathroom sinks clutter, the carpet is quiet, this hotel is like a hotel living a life of unwanted death, others ok, plis la cheerful little hotel, horror, for example penview.

The room are ok but much better if being renovate to new look for attraction..During my stay, there is no hot water for shower.

Hotel facilities are in bad shape, room is smelly and furniture (bed) is old and appear dirty

No WiFi in room, water heater not function, noisy aircond and hotel still under renovation.

Old hotel. Rundown. Used to be one of the better hotel to stay in. Now, it's just a shame, really.

Toilet dirty, hot shower, pipe and flush not function. Aircond can't adjust. Room very smelly. Hotel dark and creepy.

Can be, but the old hotel, old furniture was old bed.
