all staff.starting from hoskiping macik Santi and her male friend are nice.receptionist Bangladeshi male is nice..all are friendly there is only 1 receptionist named ay wearing glasses short hair from the beginning I checked in until 3 MLM..sma very bad character treating hotel guests..on the 2nd day I asked to clean the room he said not allowed to clean this room it's already 1 pm if you want to clean it you have to talk from morning.and that he said in a loud tone.so all night I stayed the room was not cleaned.towels were not changed, spray and bed cover were also not changed.I asked about wifi he answered here wifi signal is bad no need to ask for wifi..even though the wifi modem is right in front of my room.then I asked for wifi pass to another receptionist and when I connected it turned out the signal was fine.it's strange right..dn What I'm most surprised about is that he is the son of a hotel owner, how can he treat customers so unfriendly. Even though the hotel is quiet, he and his parents are the ones who are at a disadvantage. Where is his brain? In fact, the staff are friendly. Even the staff said that if you ask to clean the room, you can do it anytime, any time. When I checked out, there was no politeness in saying thank you.. yes, I don't want to say thank you..
