Good service, clean room, happy to stay here.

Convenient if you go to Adventist Hospital, it's a 5 minutes walk, and 5-10 minutes drive to Island, Northern Heart Hospital & Gurney Mall. 4 convenient shops and hawker centers next to the hotel, and Oo Kopitiam is just 5 minutes walk. Make sure you bring your laundry liquid detergent to wash your laundry. The hotel is super clean, they change sheets and towel every day. I hope the hotel will still be clean next year for my visit.

It's stable and close to everywhere, including not having a hard time finding food if you're hungry at night.

The hotel has a great location, close to many places to eat, just a short walk to Gurney Plaza.

The location is close to Adventist, walk or grab. The family room is okay because it faces the back. The single-bed room is less so because it faces the street, lots of cars make it noisy. Opposite is a view of the cemetery, shower and sleeping facilities are okay. Breakfast was canceled on the day because it was closed, so the director refunded the money, a bit cheating. I will prefer the resort next time.

this hotel is perfect for staying especially if you plan to visit hospitals nearby such as Penang Adventist Hospital or Hope Children Clinic. it's just within walking distance. Hotel is strategically located near to food street and many other restaurant or mini market. We had a pleasant stay here, my family liked it. What bothered me only the traffic sound especially midnight time, this is understandable because of the hotel location. The rests are wonderful.

At that time, I needed a plastic container to wash my face with warm water, and there was one. There were not enough slippers in the room.

Our friend needs a plastic bucket for a few days of medical treatment in his room. He can lend us one. We don't need to buy one, etc.

Nice... Comfortable and close to everywhere

Centrally located, convenient to Komtar, Penang Hill, and Batu Ferringhi. It's also close to Penang Adventist Hospital. It's perfect for bringing the family. Plus, you get a free baby crib, and the staff are incredibly kind. Thanks for the 3 nights.

I got a high floor and always saw the morning view, big space room, cool and clean.

The staff are friendly, some are friendly, and some are not. The room cleaning staff is also lacking. Even though we put a "Clean Room" sign, it wasn't cleaned. Even at night, towels were only replaced. It's difficult to find a Grab because there are so many schools. If you're going to the airport, it's better to book 3 hours in advance. It's a bit far to Island Hospital and Gleneagles Hospital, but it's close to Adventist Hospital. The rooms aren't soundproof. Laughter can be heard in the rooms next door. And those facing the street are incredibly noisy... Ambulances pass by and motorcycles can be heard on the stereo, even on the top floor. The view is amazing. Hahaha. The queen-size bed is difficult for two people to sleep in. But I like staying there just because of the room, the large refrigerator, and microwave. ^^ Hopefully, things will improve in the future :D I'll be back often.
