Budget room. Fully equipped but the facilities are not new, mostly old. The room is clean. The downside is that there is no elevator, so having to carry your suitcase to the top floor of the building is quite tiring.

The hotel is very old. There is only one light bulb in the room that works. Wifi is poor. Soundproofing is not good, the noise of cars on the street and the construction site next door is really noisy, making it impossible to sleep. With such poor quality, how can the hotel confidently charge this price?

If the room is rented at 200-250k per night, this is a good choice: convenient location, friendly receptionist, spacious room. But I rented it for nearly 400k per night, so I found it unsuitable: 1) no elevator, the stairs are quite steep 2) the room has no facilities and bottled water 3) the room quality is degraded, the wallpaper is peeling off, revealing mold underneath, the ceiling is also peeling, the air conditioner is old 4) the soft is moldy, even though my skin is normal, I get itchy when I sleep, the room has ants and ants

The room is ok, the price is reasonable. The location is very convenient, however the soundproofing system of the room is a bit bad. Adults will have trouble sleeping if there are people walking in the hallway.

The room is ok. But there is no elevator so it is a bit inconvenient. It is a bit noisy when there are people in the hallway.

The hotel does not have an elevator as described on the website. I had to carry 2 small suitcases of 10kg each, 1 large suitcase of 30kg up the stairs to the 4th floor, not to mention the time I had to carry it down to check out. At first, the hotel owner said that my room was on the 3rd floor (my room had air conditioning), which was a bit high, so the hotel owner suggested that I change to a room on the 1st floor, and add 100,000 VND to avoid having to carry my suitcase up to the high floor. I refused and agreed to carry my suitcase up to the 3rd floor. But then she said that the room on the 3rd floor was occupied, so she pushed me up to the 4th floor, and said that room did not have air conditioning. After we carried our suitcases up, she asked me to change to room 403 which had air conditioning... I had the feeling that she said my room was on a high floor to discourage me from carrying my suitcase and force me to accept giving her an additional 100,000 VND. I don't mind carrying a suitcase, I don't agree that the hotel described on Traveloka as having an elevator but in fact there is none. The owner also said that the system on the Traveloka website sold me the wrong thing?! I really doubt the way the system and the hotel owner work. The air conditioner and hot water in the hotel work well.
