My honest review! Initially, I was attracted to the classic vintage atmosphere and room design in Traveloka and Google Maps photos, and the price was very affordable for a hotel apartment. Honestly, I was a bit hesitant when booking, but I finally gave it a try. I arrived by online taxi and was confused about where to find the lobby. It turns out the check-in lobby is on the back side, not the one facing the main road. As soon as I arrived, I was immediately well-served, and all the staff I met were truly friendly. The receptionist was communicative and generous with information. I booked a superior one-bedroom and requested a classic vintage room, and they granted it. As soon as I entered the room, I was pleasantly surprised to find it clean and well-maintained, the floor was dust-free, and the kitchen area was also clean. It was totally worth it. There's a separate living room and a fully equipped kitchen, including a stove and a washing machine, all of which worked! The main bathroom has a separate bathtub and shower, which is awesome. The amenities are all included! Swimming pool, gym, even a jacuzzi/hot tub, and sauna. It's definitely worth it. Suggestions: Please upgrade the water heater in the room so the hot water can be used optimally for soaking in the bathtub, add lighting in some dark areas, and make the hotel atmosphere more lively. Overall, I'm very satisfied and will definitely return 😇

I'm a regular at this property for family gatherings, and I always do. But this time, I was disappointed. I booked a 3-BR penthouse, but was given two different rooms, without prior confirmation that the rooms were under renovation. It wasn't about the price, but I needed to be with my family, and we ended up sleeping in different rooms. Overall, it's still the best, keep up the good work, Puri Darmo Resident.

The room facilities are quite complete and spacious.

Since 2022, my child's birthday was here until now, I often stay here even though it's close to home 😂 but this is the first time at night there was a man's voice while we were staying overnight without a man until finally my husband called me and asked me to come to my apartment and ask him to accompany me to sleep, sorry but this is my experience last night 🙏🏻

The hotel staff is very friendly and nice.

The room was clean, but when I first stayed there, I got a really old room, the bed was uncomfortable, the room and bathroom were really old.

Friendly staff, the room has a separate kitchen area from the living room and bedroom so you can cook food for the children like at home.
