The staff is quite friendly, but in my opinion it is still standard not so friendly because there are still some staff who smile when approached, when passing by on the street they are indifferent. In fact, I admire the security guards more, they are all friendly even though they are already smiling from a distance. For the food, it is really the best, the chicken is super tender and the spices are great. The menu is very varied, the guavita is great. For cleanliness, it is quite okay but disappointed that the room used to be very clean, now many are not maintained, some stickers have come off and there is moss in the corner of the bathroom, not careful in cleaning the corners of the walls and toilet. Honestly, it is a bit uncomfortable to see it. Overall, Luminor is okay but hope it is still the best like when I first went to Jambi.

The breakfast was delicious and had lots of choices.

- Please note that there are leaks on the bathroom ceiling that need to be repainted... and the wallpaper in the bedroom is starting to peel. - Please fix the TV picture, as it is dark.

Relatively good, only the entrance door to room 512 is stiff (difficult to open or close) and the TV picture is unclear.
