For a vacation just to sleep, the price is okay. However, the room isn't soundproof, there's no dressing table, and the TV probably needs to be upgraded to a Smart TV. Also, the pillows probably need replacing because they're dirty. :') Other than that, the service is okay. The pool is clean, the water is strong, the pool is also clean, and the shower area is nice and clean.

I ordered a family room but the hot water didn't work. After complaining, a technician was sent and it still didn't work. Finally, at 1 am, the hotel upgraded my room to family plus without having to pay again. Thank you.

The hotel staff were very friendly, we were welcomed and allowed to check in early at 1:00 PM, earlier than the usual 2:00 PM. The staff were very prompt in escorting us to our hotel room. This was certainly very helpful for us who were tired from traveling twice by plane since 4 AM from our city on the island of Sumatra. The room was neat and clean with plenty of trash cans in the room. Although this is an old hotel, the cleanliness of the room is well maintained. We booked a family room, the room was very large and spacious. Perfect for my husband and I who have 2 teenagers. The room matched the one in the application photo.

The location is perfect, feels like Bali, another cozy cafe and vibes which more nicer than Malioboro, we enjoy walking around this street. The view from the balcony was nice, it would be better to place chairs in the balcony like on the lower floor. The bathroom has a good shower flow, but the toilet was old, not well-cleaning, and bad smell. The room needs more cleanliness, especially in my room (family room for 4 people, on the 3rd floor without a lift, it's hard to move our luggage, as the bell boy was not available), the bed, bed sheet and towel need to be renewed, the room amenities were really minimal, only 2 glasses for us (4 people). The pool was dirty, like not been used for a long time. The TV only supports 1 channel. For next time, maybe I will choose another hotel around this street, for me, although you pay for low price must still support cleanliness, that's the point. Thank you
