recommended and staff friendliest

recommended for those looking for a budget hotel.... conveniently close to shops....

so far ok every time I stay and the staff is very helpful...

The staff on duty at the counter on 3/8/25 in the morning did not facilitate customer matters...

Near to Sibu Airport. serounding by food area

We're family holiday parents + 3 childrens. We've choose family room with 2 queen beds. The room is nice bit a little moist because there is no window and a little part of wall is ex wet under the ac. We've to pay tax 10 RM. Near by hotel, there is a mart and food court. We bring car and the parking is around hotel. There is a lift for access.

It 's cheap for rest but car park little bit problem.

My room was OK 112. Simple and clean. Bathroo. Also clean. But! My friends room 208 are lousy. The key card not working well, air conditioner also not working well, TV cannot on. Hot shower also not working.

Ambil bilik 3 pax tapi towel bagi 2 jer, minta kat kaunter, cakap tak der. Lampu tidur tak function.

Locality good, supermarket nearby, eating place also nearby cater for nalal and non halal eater.

Convenient place to get my laundry done at a laundry mart close by and the eating stall is close by too. Hotel is clean and air conditioning works very well.

I don't know how many times I've been to this scenic hotel, it's always been here. Only 1 is it. The staff at the counter try to be friendly, we say thank you and are silent. We go to the counter and let him say welcome. X has a greeting. The fate of the hotel is comfortable. Otherwise he doesn't go there.

Staf hotel mesra, suasana dan kebersihan bilik sangat baik. Cumanya tuala tidak disediakan, saya terpaksa turun ke lobi untuk minta.

The place is clean and comfortable, the facilities are close, the hospital is close.

I am a regular customer since early 2019 since the hotel nearest to my driving school. There's no good wifi connection & the reasons heard was due to change of weather (whats??) ... hope the hotel will improve the facilities... overall is good for budget hotel...
