The room information is 25m2 but the actual room I received was quite small, but in return the staff were super enthusiastic, the room was also fragrant and clean, the hotel location was very convenient.

Hotel with perfect location right in the heart of the Old Quarter. The rooms are very comfortable and we had everything we needed. The staff also made check-out very easy, allowing us to leave our luggage and have a shower before going to the airport. I couldn't recommend this hotel more !

The location is great and the room was quiet, clean and comfortable. But the staff is what really makes this hotel wonderful. The outstanding service started the day before we checked in. The manager sent to me an email to confirm my booking and arranged the car at the airport. The reception desk gave me a lot of information about the city as well as helped me to arrange the trips to Halong bay and Ninh Binh. I had a memorable time in the trips and at this hotel. I would come back this hotel next time

Great place to stay in Hanoi if you want to explore the old quarter areas. Very near to the Hoan Kiem Lake and the night market. Everyone is so warm and courteous towards their guests. I really enjoyed my stay here.

This hotel is definitely the one we recommend. Everything was amazingly clean, the location is amazingly close to all attractions and locations in Hanoi and the staff...absolutely the most incredible, knowledgeable and caring staff. It was such a wonderful experience staying there.
