There is a very sturdy table to sit on, the table area and the bedroom area are separate. The floor is clean, everyone is friendly and polite. I asked the staff here to wash my clothes for 65k/kg, they smell very nice, you don't need to worry about bringing a lot of clothes anywhere.

The owner and staff are very friendly. I was tired studying at the tea table, the owner took care of me with a cup of warm ginseng water that he drank. The owner got 100 points without any but. The floor was swept and mopped all day, walking barefoot didn't feel rough feet. The accommodation has a flat bed, mattress, blanket, lamp, and drawers ok. Everyone in the room just comes home to sleep, no noise to affect anyone. The bathroom is clean, shampoo and shower gel are available. I have another suggestion that anyone with dandruff-prone scalp can bring their own shampoo. My scalp is an example 🤣 . The bathroom is shared so the floor is often wet, anyone with itchy feet should bring a pair of flip-flops, I don't wear flip-flops but when I go out to wipe my feet on the carpet, anyway when I go in there my feet will get wet. Opposite there is a place where you can wash your hair, it's also very cool. 150k / 30-minute wash, neck and shoulder massage included. The actual opening hours are that the owner is open all night, and during the day when he is not there, there are staff members who take turns on duty. Everyone is very nice.

The room is spacious, everything is fine, only the guests are foreigners so they will go out drinking and partying late at night so it will be a bit noisy. Otherwise there is nothing to complain about because I only stayed here for 1 day.

From a hostel with 9+, my expectations are really high yet I got the room for a very cheap price so basically you get what you paid for. Maybe they change their ways cause they don't have much customers due to covid and probably since we're not highly paying customers. Reception assigned when we came can't speak english. Still need to contact manager via phone who's offering us to upgrade our room (for a fee) because we're 3 and the room is only for 2 people (which we are aware of already-as advertised in app) We insisted to get the room we prepaid via app, since we only need a place to sleep at night. By the way, room is okay, no major issues. Also, app promotes free breakfast but hostel said they don't have. Not the hotel's fault and app admitted this mistake but when I asked hotel about this, I never felt empathy on their response. Just said "You only booked room, no breakfast" even though I explained and showed app post with breakfast, they said "You can check and discuss with app they are posted is not us! Here is booked room only!" yeah, with all the exclamation marks. The issue here is not about the free breakfast anymore but the way they deal with the problem. Kudos to traveloka for being so empathetic in resolving this case. I never heard any apologies from the hostel maybe because they know it's not their fault. We moved to a different hostel instead and experience better service - warm welcome with free room upgrade. 😉

Breakfast is pretty good with a variety of choices although simple, the hotel staff are very friendly and helpful even though sometimes it is difficult to communicate because there are some staff who cannot speak English.

Hotels in the old town should certainly not have elevators even up to 4 floors, but the room is clean, tidy, nice bathroom, clean. Overall very satisfied.

It's really fun to experience this luxury backpackers, the front desk staff is friendly and informative! The location of the hotel is easy to find and close to the center of the crowd. The room is clean and comfortable despite the dormitory, the bathroom is clean. It looks like if visiting Hanoi will stay here again.

Drom is clean, good breakfast, 2 times chosen as a place to stay in Hanoi still very satisfied.
