The hotel staff is friendly, the rooms are spacious and clean.

for the friendliness of the staff overall is quite good, only the security needs to be a little friendlier. the room size is spacious, the bed is also spacious and comfortable, with large windows. everything works well, it's just that the facilities in the room are a bit old. the location of the hotel is very strategic. in front there is a busway stop, and close to Mangga Besar, where there are many culinary there. it just doesn't seem suitable for family tourism.

hot water for the shower did not come out at all, I have told them to fix it, but when I returned to the room from a day of activities, the hot water still did not come out and there was no feedback to me what the problem was. I do not know whether it has really been checked by the technician or not. I stayed for 2 days, and I took a cold shower.

The furniture and room accommodation are good, it looks quite old, the lift facilities need to be maintained.
