The receptionist for the evening shift I went in to was not very good. The room check-in procedure took quite a while. When booking, I noted a single bed but received only a double bed.

The hotel is located near the beach, good service. I arrived earlier than check-in time but the staff still helped me check in early. The only downside is that the booking shows "garden view (villa)" but my room window faces a water pipe and another wall.

Everything is fine, only one problem is that I booked a double room for my family but they arranged two tiny beds for me, how can 2 people sleep?

Room has no hot water for bathing children

location: ok, near the beach room: everything is there except no hot water heater, the water is cold during the day, after going out at night you can't shower, the towels don't look very white, the mattress and pillows are okay, the wardrobe door is broken, the soundproofing is very poor parking lot: I don't know if it's because it's crowded or not, but my car had to be left outside instead of in the hotel's parking lot and I was charged for parking on the coastal road (I went by car) food: there's a breakfast buffet, okay, not many dishes but at 8am there's still a lot of food swimming pool: a bit dirty and small staff: very ok, the security guard is also enthusiastic

Convenient location right next to the back beach, sea view room so you can see the sea at any time, diverse breakfast with delicious traditional cakes, not very diverse savory dishes, friendly receptionist and security guard, relatively clean rooms, personal equipment is not modern but easy to use, will come back when coming to Vung Tau

The hotel is very good, everyone, the security guard is friendly and cheerful.

If possible, the hotel should replace some items, window curtains are torn, mattress sheets and towels are almost torn and yellow, shower faucets are loose, however the hotel is in a very good location, elderly people can go to the beach very often. By the way, thank you for the past 3 days.

The hotel is facing the sea, just walk across the street and you can swim. Near full amenities sthi GS25, hingland, Phuc Long. The room has a very stable price range, has a swimming pool view, delicious breakfast buffet. Good service, Enthusiastic staff. Overall, I will book again in the future when I go to Vung Tau

Mình book phòng double, nói chung là phòng gọn gàng, sạch sẽ, tuy nhiên hơi nhỏ hơn so với mình tưởng tượng, view biển đẹp, nội thất cũ nhưng vẫn rất okie. Các anh chị lễ tân và chú bảo vệ rất dễ thương, điểm cộng nữa là buffet sáng ngon nhé
