Convenient location close to city center, easy access to everywhere

It was truly an amazing experience vacationing and staying at this hotel... From the front office, housekeeping, and restaurant, everyone was incredibly supportive and exceptional... Especially when my child's BCA Flazz card was misplaced in his pocket while doing our laundry. The hotel staff was exceptional in tracking it down until the card was returned... In the end....we will return to this hotel on our next vacation...

The room atmosphere was uncomfortable, the hot water in the bathroom was not working, the staff was slow to respond to the information, even though we had already checked and informed them during check-in, so the impression was that we were not responsive enough and were unable to handle guest complaints immediately.

A comfortable hotel with excellent service. Hopefully, it will be maintained and improvements made to any shortcomings.

Have stayed at this hotel several times and currently the rooms are being renovated to improve better service, affordable room rates and is located in the center of Jakarta and most importantly very close to the new BNI Sudirman airport station so that access to the airport is much easier and more efficient.

The view is absolutely stunning... The price is also very reasonable compared to other city view hotels. The food is delicious, and breakfast is on the rooftop overlooking the tall buildings. Very satisfied...

The room smelled musty, and the Hexos wasn't working. I called maintenance, and the solution was a noisy air purifier. A humidifier should be provided for the damp rooms. The plus side is that the staff at this hotel is very friendly and helpful.

The plus point of this hotel is that it is located in a very strategic location, close to the MRT, close to the LRT, close to the KRL, close to the airport train, and has a view of the sky lounge.
