The service was very disappointing. There is also no hot water. AC is not cold enough. This is the last time we will stay at this place.

I really enjoyed my stay at this suite. The room was very clean, the bed comfortable and fragrant. Their servants are really friendly and helpful. The suit placed in strategic location, less than 1 km to Petitenget beach. Seminyak area is the best to staycation during this new normal time, not too many tourists and ignorant foreigners who refuse to wear masks.

I think it is a family hotel. The facility and staff are nice. You have to prepare yourself to walk around 10-15 minutes from the main street.

I borrow motorcycles through the hotel but the hotel does not help. My ID card was taken by the tenant at check-out. My ID is not in the hotel so I wait for the tenant to miss the plane

Image is not suitable! I am disappointed, in the picture on the Traveloka Site app, the rooms are not on the balcony (upstairs). In fact I was given a room on the top floor. I chose to stay here because I brought a small child, it was difficult to have to go up and down stairs. I tried asking the receptionist, they answered? Can you get a balcony, sir? disconnected.

The pool is clean, the atmosphere is comfortable, for a cheap hotel strategically just the service is not clean, I am bitten by insects, do not know what is sore and a week is still red and the skin looks like a fire, and the restaurant is not tasty the food is bland but the owner is very good if for the price of 9 for location 8 for food 5 for cleanliness 6

Actually, that would be perfect review but there were a little issue. The room, price and location are great. But there were an issue with the booking. Because there were an double booking with other guest name at our room but the issue are already solved.

The place was perfect. The only thing lacking is probably the location. It was near some kind of construction area and there were a lot of men who impolitely sing or calling names to us wherever we passed. Big disappointment
