Clean and beautiful room, motorbike rental support, lovely staff especially the female staff Ngoc Quyen who helped me check out and a male staff whose name I don't remember who helped me check in on the afternoon of October 25th, they were all very enthusiastic and friendly. Will come back next time when coming to Nha Trang

The vacation at Xavia Nha Trang Hotel with Ut It was truly memorable and extremely enjoyable! ❤️ All the staff here are very enthusiastic, from the reception to the dining room, making us feel extremely comfortable. In particular, I would like to thank Mr. Tran Phu Long - always friendly, enthusiastic and supportive. Will definitely return to Xavia Nha Trang in the next vacations!

The downside is that there are too many cyclo drivers in front of the hotel. At around 7:30 pm when checking in, I drove up and got caught by some cyclo drivers. The security guard was just standing there watching. I had to open the door to tell them to move aside so my car could park in front of the hotel. I was also threatened by a cyclo driver who slashed my car, saying it was because I honked at the cyclo drivers.

The receptionist is very cute. Speaks softly. The room is very comfortable and convenient, but the bathroom has a terrible smell that cannot be escaped. I hope the hotel improves. There is more. I checked in this morning but accidentally forgot my bag with money and documents. I called the receptionist and he was very enthusiastic in helping me find it. By the way, thank you very much to the hotel.

Nice location, went before Tet and was upgraded to a double room on the highest floor by the hotel, clean, spacious and airy, but a 4-star hotel but no staff to support guests when they arrive.

Good service attitude. Especially Nhien, Truc, Hoa. Friendly and enthusiastic attitude. Create a comfortable and happy feeling for customers. Hope you will always keep that attitude. This is the 3rd time I stay at Xavia. And will continue to come back when I have the chance.
