Good service. First got a room without hot water, then asked to be fixed, because it couldn't be fixed, finally moved to a room with hot water. Fast service by the staff 😄👍🏻

The staff was very friendly and accommodating, the check in/out was seamless, and they allowed me to stay out a little longer since I had to perform Friday prayer. The bad luck, Wi-Fi connection was very poor and didn't work at all.

Alhamdulillah. Hommy banget. Wangi pas masuk kamar, tapi tadi pas masuk masih ada rambut-rambut gitu di kasur dan bantal-nya. 🤪 Kamar mandi bersih, air lancar, gak nyangka kalau pakai kipas angin 🤣, gak ada gantungan-nya. Gak ada lemari. Tapi overall nyaman lah. Thank you Nusa Indah ❤️

Saluran kamar mandi mampet, tapi yang jaga langsung benerin. Handuk masih harus diminta dulu, sabun tidak disediakan. Kamar banyak semut nya tapi penjaga sudah kasi semprot Baygon.

Sangat cocok resepsionis sangat ramah dan sopan. Kamar harum dan bersih.

But after that the staff were quick to help, instead they told me to move rooms and thankfully they got a bigger one. Overall, I'm satisfied staying here, it's also close to tourist attractions. There are 2 Beautiful Nusas, namely 1 and 2, both are equally good, the service is very friendly, any requests for guests are prioritized, our family and I have stayed on holiday here 4X, we are regulars. Clean room, TV, soft and clean spring bed, clean bathroom, clean toilet, hot and cool water. Complete.

The receptionist is friendly and smiles, the room is quite spacious and clean, the bathroom is quite clean, the shower has hot water, you can do karaoke & watch films. Close to BNS, Jatim Park 2, Transport Museum. Recommended for the affordable price anyway 😊.

Not bad, according to the price, there is no air conditioning, but don't worry, Batu city is quite cool, parking is sufficient, there are no towels, no shampoo, so you can bring your own, the service from the mother is very friendly.
