Friendly and helpful staff. Hotel location is convenient to go to few cafes. 1-1 drink bar could be improved further. Cocktails are abit too plain, doesnt taste that good.

Trip with 1 baby and 1 toddler, this hotel is so amazing. They let me do early check-in at 12 PM, so thankfully, but the breakfast didn't have so much choice.

Good deal snatched for Christmas Eve staycation. Hotel sofa is as big as a single bed. Nice cafes and food nearby the hotel. The only thing to complain is the hotel parking that is so troublesome that you have to go out the road and turn into a hidden backlane then get the hotel staff to tap you into the car parking lift in/out. That 's why they keep asking you to pay the valet which is not wallet friendly if you are to in/out multiple times. Hotel lobby is rather small as well.

Slow check in and check out service. Breakfast is average. Roof top bar: cocktail taste was off and the entertainment/live music is really bad.

Wonderful! Excellent service from all staffs. The room was exactly like the pictures, however some may have windows with view blocked by brick, upon availability to request change of room. Breakfast service was great, though not many options, staffs were extremely professional and caring. Pleasant smell.

A lot of food near by. However valet parking scratch my rental car and I have to paid for it.

Superb hotel service, clean room and photo worthy! Add RM10 for valet parking. So many restaurants and cafes nearby too. Sadly the Mantao Bar was closed during the visit.

Comfy bed. The staffs are nice. I checked in during weekdays, so less people and I could enjoy the swimming pool and gym by myself. The location is very good. Various eateries nearby, so convenient - The Tapestry is just opposite of hotel, WooPin fish head noodle just next to hotel, Yutkee is at the same row but another end of hotel, The Row just few minutes walk away. Sogo Mall and Quill Mall are also nearby.

Klose swimming pool on the 31st is not a pleasant thing.

Room looks exactly like the pictures, staff was friendly and service was top-notch (opening doors for us, offering to take our bags).

All the staff were very helpful and attentive and friendly, we love our room, nicely done and a very comfortable bed too. Location wise is very good, and since we didn't include the breakfast, so we just had breakfast every morning on the kopitiam next door, very tasty and cheap, the hotel is also near to LRT station too if you want to wonder around city. We will come back again for sure
