Not bad for the price i got but not to clean

The room smelled a bit like a sewer, was narrow and stuffy, and the building was old, nestled among the shophouses. You should be able to find a better hotel for the same price.

The hotel's location is strategic. It's within walking distance to Platinum, Pratunam, Central World, and Big C. The hotel is clean, although not very large. There's a durian stall in front of it at night at a low price.

I've been there before and will definitely be there again. It's a neat place and close to the city center as well as the Airport Link station.

Friendly staff, given a room with large windows, comfortable and clean bed. Clean bathroom. Breakfast with a delicious and varied home menu. Impressed by the friendly and kind staff. Next will stay here again. Thank you

The staff was enthusiastic. I checked in late because my flight was delayed at 1am. There was still staff to do the check-in and they were very happy. When I ran out of Thai baht to borrow from the receptionist, they were very happy to help. However, the soundproofing of the room needs to be improved more, the room lock has a problem when the card is easily broken, I have to wait more than 3 minutes to enter the room. Everything else is fine and great.

The staff were really friendly, they helped me a lot throughout my stay. The room was very nice, and I love the huge windows.

The hotel is clean, has complete facilities, is comfortable and safe....it is recommended for families who are looking for a hotel around Pratunam.

Location of hotel is not too bad, about 10 min walk to train station and is not on a very busy street. The staff are pretty friendly. They also allow me to do an early check in. Overall a pretty good budget hotel.

The staff is very very helpful, I gave their service 5 stars. They will immediately help you to carry things or just as simple as tap the elevator button. They can lend you a selotipe/a weight scaling. The toiletries is very sufficient. But the cons is the room has full window view so it is hotter in the day, also the lighting of the room is quite dark, the shower is hard to operate.

The staffs were very friendly and accommodating. Room service was doing his/her job very good. Hotel position near foods and bank. If you want to travel by bus, local train, Grab, you don't have to worry. You can also walk 900 m to CentralWorld and enjoy Bangkok! The breakfast taste is good, however, the hotel needs to change the menu for once in two days I think. I stayed 5D 4N and I got same menus every morning.

The hotel is clean and the staff is pleasant. Car access is also easy. Breakfast, although the variety is lacking, tastes on point. Will stay here again if I go to Bangkok.
